What happens on the 15-minute call?
You say what is going on in your own words. Annalis asks a few questions, describes how she works, and answers yours. If it sounds like a fit, you schedule a first session. If it does not, she will name someone who fits better. There is no cost and no obligation.
Do both partners need to be on the consultation call?
It helps, and it is not required. Many couples do the first call with one partner and bring the other to the first session.
How soon can we start?
Usually within one to two weeks, depending on the times you can meet. Evening slots fill first.
Is the booking system private?
Yes. Scheduling, forms, payment, and video sessions all run through a HIPAA-compliant platform built for mental health practices. Nothing clinical is ever collected through this website itself.
